Astro Boats started in 1990 and were later acquired by the Tracker Marine Group. They produced their last bass boat in 2000 and their last pleasure boat in 2003. After acquiring both ProCraft and Astro, the Tracker Marine Group essentially merged the two and kept the ProCraft name.
