 Nitro Boats originally opened business in 1985 as Nitro Marine. They were acquired by Tracker Marine in 1988 and have mainted under their operation ever since. Nitro Boats offer an affordable bass boat to this day, and with their exposure through Bass Pro Shops they sell a lot of boats! Nitro also lays claim as Kevin Van Dam's primary sponsor.
